I moved to NYC in 2005 to study philosophy at Fordham. Throughout my college years and 20s, I experienced different NYC neighborhoods. However one thing always remained the same. I never had a washer / dryer in my apartment. It was, and still is considered a NYC luxury.
So off I went trying various cleaners. No matter which cleaner I went to, I noticed something missing…. An experience. The whole thing felt so cold and transactional. It was so different from memories I had of doing laundry with my mom on Sundays. Sunday nights were my favorite nights because I was tucked into a warm bed of fresh linens after a long bath.
I asked myself, “why is there a disconnect between the fabric that touches your skin everyday and the way that it’s cared for?”
Since 2013, I’ve committed myself and my company to relentlessly pursuing what client’s truly desire - trust, a touch of excitement and the arousal of inner confidence.
